Eating, drinking and blogging my way around Sweden
Lover of Swedish food, writer of CAS blog, and finding it impossible to leave Sweden. What’s keeping me here? Well, it could be the Kalles Kaviar & eggs. Or the prawn peeling feasts. Or indeed the sill, the surströmming, the spettekaka; and many other gourmet oddities beginning with ‘S’ evidenced by the fact that my life revolves around the gooey semla bun during it’s yearly outing between Christmas and Easter. Who knows. But I am staying and writing until I find the answer.
